I’ve already enrolled with a health plan. Why did I get another enrollment packet?

You are required to enroll with a MO HealthNet Managed Care health plan each year you are eligible for Managed Care during your open enrollment period or if the MO HealthNet Managed Care health plan contracts change. If you are happy with your current health plan and Primary Care Provider, you can choose them again during open enrollment. If you are not happy with your current health plan or Primary Care Provider, you can choose a new one.
