Will my premium ever change?

Yes, there may be times when your premium changes. Premiums are determined based on where you fall on a premium chart. Your monthly premium could go up or down if your income or family size changes. If you have questions about premiums, contact the Premium Collections Unit at 1-877-888-2811.

Each year in July the premium chart changes, which may cause your premium to go up or down. The invoice that is due in July for August coverage will be a new amount. It is important to always watch your invoice and pay the correct amount. If the payment you send is not enough, your case may close for six months.
