Reviews are required on an annual basis. You will receive a renewal packet by mail prior to your renewal date. You should return the required form without delay in order for your coverage to continue uninterrupted.
Please note that MO HealthNet mail cannot be forwarded. This means that if you changed your address at the post office and not with the Family Support Division, you will not receive your mail. You must notify FSD of all address changes to ensure you receive any notices. You can report your change of address by calling 1- 855-373-4636, or by visiting a Family Support Division Resource Center located near you.
