You have three options for paying your Spend Down amount. You can mail in your payment; you can pay with Automatic Withdrawal from your bank account; or, you can combine medical expenses and a payment. NOTE: Bills cannot be used to meet your Spend Down if you choose to have the payment taken from your bank account each month through automatic withdrawal.
